Workers' Compensation Fraud
The Attorney General's Office is teaming up with the Alabama Department of Industrial Relations to find and prosecute Workers' Compensation Fraud.
Our offices have created a toll-free fraud hotline for concerned citizens to report this crime at 1-800-923-2533. You can also call the Attorney General's Investigation Division directly at (334) 242-7345. Phone calls received through the Fraud Hotline or directly at the AG's Office are investigated and, when necessary, appropriate action taken to inform employers or insurance carriers.
